I am me as you are we…

I am a middle aged Media professional; I used to be a writer and editor, I am now a writer, student, university teacher and media and social affairs commentator.

As such, I am unusually opinionated, and have a thought to share on just about any topic you might care to name. I feel in part that is a privilege which comes with age, so I partake of it fully.

I live in Adelaide, South Australia, with my partner and a cat by the name of Dexter, so named because he is a psychopathic killer who would – were he not so lazy – rule the backyard with a bloodstained claw.
